I emailed Hala Dance about mine and she said they use the +R DVD technology and it won't play on most older DVD players. If it will play on your computer and not on your player then there is no point in replacing it. But you might want to get a newer DVD player. I have a newer DVD player and it still won't play on mine but it does work in the computer...
