I agree - like all tattooing, quality of the pigment and skill of the operater!! I like the eybrows that are done with tiny feathered lines rather than the solid ones - they look great. I would love to get the eyeliner done, but I change my hair colour and brow shape and make up ALL THE TIME!! so the commitment to permanent 'anything' on my face might be too much for me to handle!!
