If you go to your real profile page

you will see that your profile photo is OK. We are having a problem on the landing page, after you log in, with the image. We expect to have it fixed in a week or two. You don't need to bother uploading a new pic, actually your old pic is fine and showing up here in the forum and in the profile pages for everyone.
