I was great, maintaining at 177 until this past weekend.
I've had 2 days at 179-180 since visiting my Father and having a Seafood extravaganza, so I think the re-gain is real. bummer.
At least the temptation is gone, we managed not to bring home large quantities of chocolate, so I (hopefully) can get back on the losing track.
I *love* weight training for sculpting my figure, I just haven't forced myself to start it up again. It's strange. I really like lifting once I'm started, but getting started is like pulling teeth for me.
