dips are good. sometimes painful, but good.
if you don't have a weight bench at home the stairs or a kitchen chair will work.
stand about 2-3 feet away facing away from the chair
put the hands on the side of the chair and lower your body until your elbows go to 90 degrees. if you want to intensify it...you can hold it there or do them one arm at a time.
