I use Diphenhydramine (Benadryl). You can get it in generic versions that don't cost as much. First I tried Somonex but then realized that the main ingredient is Diphenhydramine and started finding it in generic, cheaper versions. It helps take the edge off for me and works great when I have an overnight flight.
