I have used fabric but used it (it was sheer) in a soft draped way (sewn to the upper part of the cup.
I have also taken the head band that comes with a costume (never like the way they look on me anyway
), sewn it onto a bra cup (cut in half) and added it to the costume to give more coverage. It matches perfectly and I feel that the girls will be under control!
