Sorry about this, it is actually a little bit misleading. These "emails" are not emails to regular email addresses; this uses the internal messaging system with the user names that apppear in the FriendsBox on the invite page.
So, to get a quick start, you can 1)
send a regular email to all your buddies and ask them to click "join" next to your group on the Groups page. That will get everyone in the group. Then, you will be able to do all your business on the BHUZ system.
Or, use the Invite tab on My BHUZ to send a message using regular email addresses to your friends.
After that, you can get in touch with potential group members thru the messaging system on the site, out them on your friends list, and then you send them private messages.
If you know their BHUZ names, go to the Members page and put the name in the search by username box. That will bring up their avatar. Click on that and that will bring you to their contact page. Click on Send Message and/or Add to Friends, and that will enable private messaging.
It just takes some getting used to, but it's a good system because messages can be blocked and spam type stuff can be avoided. And, you can send out bulletins to everyone on your friends list, and invites to your events.
