11 months and still waiting for the CORRECT custom sleves. HMMMMM?

Now lets address # 1. #2, #3, #4 and #6

1. I requested a costume ready made, on very short notice. Yes you did deliver a costume, but NOT the one you told me you were sending. I was send an e mail with pictures that had ready made costumes that I was told were in my size and ready to ship I ordered that costume and a custom one, PAID FOR IN FULL. The day after the ready made was shipped I recieved an e mail telling me that you sent another bra and sleves becuse you didnt have it in my size. So why was I told that you had it in my size? SO I NEVER ASKED FOR A LONER YOU SEND IT TO ME. I thought I was getting what was in the picture. Instead I got something very different. Had I known this I may have picked a differnt costume since you sent me SEVERAL pictures

2. Yes you did, but only becuse I told you I wanted the top I ordered. Not the one you had sent. I should have never ever been asked to ship this back at my own cost. This was your mistake. You promiced me a costume that was in stock but deliverd something else.

3. I ordered SPECIFIC sleves (Have the e mail to prove it) and was sent again SOMETHING COMPLETELY DIFFERNT. Then when you attempted to fix it I was sent some hiddeous sleves (this is not slander but an opinion) they dont fit WAY too big and are not made to fall on the arm properly. When you get them back you will see.

4. Yes I demanded $120 for the shipping charge from japan to turkey to return the sleves. So then the 3rd set wouldnt be free now would they?

6. Yes I have not returned the top or sleves becuse I still have 2 wrong sets of sleves. Which I have told you I will gladly send back with FREE shipping.

Like I said before when I recieve the sleves I SPECIFICALY ordered I will pay the remaining balance, and return the 2 other sleves 1.wrong and 2.not even to measurement sleves that you sent. I will how ever NOT pay for shipping either way.

I do not think that demanding the correct costume parts(that fit) is unreasonable. I do not think that requesting to NOT pay shipping both ways for YOUR mistake is unreasonable, and last I do not believe that refusing to pay a small balance (compared to the large sum I paid upfront) untill the sleves i ordered in the correct size arrive.

Lastly if you would like to settle this in private rather than in public please send the correct sleves, in the correct colors,seqin, pattern and size. Then I will return the sleves with free shipping and pay the small balance. If not then I am prepared to backup everything I have said on here having saved EVERY e mail I will not have a problem doing so. If you have another solution I am glad to hear it, but can not promice that I will agree unless I believe it is fair.
