I prefer calorie-count.com to fitday for keeping track of what you eat. You can keep track of your activity level, weight loss goals, etc. It also gives you a grade on your day's intake of food! I love the site! Hubby and I are both keeping track of what we eat, as well, as (please forgive me) going to the gym. Strength training helps to boost the metabolism.

My two cents though, eat six smaller meals a day instead of the traditional big three, drink lots of water, do crunches and other ab work.

Best of luck!
