Hi Lizajuk,

I say your diet is fine. Try adding a 2-3 mile walk everyday along with your dance. It sounds like your body has already adjusted to the "dance" exercise so introduce a new easy exercise. It's good for the heart and nothing melts away pounds correctly like walking at a nice pace but PLEASE don't do the really fast arm thing when you walk, unless you want to.
