I once called to get a login as I had mailed 2 times and received none. Deniz explained me they had only 2 costumes in the shop and wanted to wait to send me the login until there is a new update but I think it probably was an excuse they forgot it.
When I recieved the password I checked every day to see if there are new costumes and when there was the update already 6 were sold when I had a look at the page 8(
I think they have enough customers and think they don't need more.
