After some research we have concluded that if your location isn't showing up it's because you haven't set your location in your profile. If you have tried to reset your location, or a password, and are getting an error message, it means that there is a duplicate account floating around in the system with the same email address. The system will not allow more than one account per email address.

If you are getting an error message when you try to reset an account item, please send me a PM with the username you want to keep, and your email address. I will search and destroy the other accounts.
