C is a relative term. Okay, so I measured the cups again and they are exactly what is posted, 7" across and 6" up and down. Then I took out the daisy bra, which is 8" across and 7" up and down. The daisy is definitely bigger than the red loop cups, so if you were overflowing in the daisy, the red cup won't hold your girls. Does that make sense?

On the other hand, I think it will fill a c, but your cup may be fillith with lovely bosum - what are you comfortable with showing?
