My apologies for not getting to you sooner...a lot of posts for swap have bumped this post back quite a few pages back. I have more photos of this costume in my gallery and my teacher and I took more measurements of the skirt tonight before class. The skirt is 36 inches long at the clasp and drops to 40 inches. We had a student in our class try it on and it would fit you if you wore a size 4, U.S. I measured the inside of the bra cups and they are six inches tall, seven inches wide. The sides are fully covered as the top is a bolero style so even if it were a bit small you would be covered there. I hope this helps!
