Sorry it took so long to post! Studio is being used by the Chinese Dance Theater and there's not enough room here in our "cave" for the wing span. I took a few pictures close up -- If I can find our set that we had hanging over our booth last year at Rakkasah, I will scan & post it -- I also have the girls dancing with them in a show last year, but it's on video & I don't know how to do "clips". Best as I can describe the fabric, it looks like satin, very shiny, reflects the light-- absolutely gorgeous on stage, even in dim lighting. Isn't there a lame that is heavier, kind of has a backing on it? This is kind of like except it's the same on both sides, no backing, just heavier. The weight is definitely different to handle than the light wings, but the effect is worth it, it's spectacular! They are 49" long, not counting the neck band, which is 1" wide and fastens with a hook closure.
