Skirts. 3 panel circle skirts to be exact.

I am making one out of two sari's - the back two panels dark purple and the front panel light purple with a light purle choli to match. Both are crepe georgette.

I found this incredible white fabrick which is embroidered with marvelous pink flowers. I have a pink and silver bedlah with a pink satin 3 panel skirt which I LOVE but it always feels unfinished. I think this will do it!

Teal green chiffon. Here is the story: I have this amazing teal green vintage bedlah which I bought from Aziza Sa'ide. I usually wear a lavendar circle skirt with is. Which is nice. A couple of months ago I came across a vintage 3 panel skirt with a lot of teal in it and think: Here is the solution! I get hte skirt and it is completely the wrong size. About a billion sizes too small and too short! *sighs* Sparklely blindness strikes again!

So, in a moment of clarity, I realize I can use the too small skirt as a topper and make a teal green one as a layering piece.

We'll see how that works.

The other thing I am doing is a lot of hemming and adjusting of costumes and accessories. Taking a complete inventory and then getting really, rteally honest about what works, what doesn't what I can fix/adjust/change and what needs to find a new home!

Soemthing to keep me busy and out of trouble for the summer!
