Since Amity's post on the old Bhuz is now defunct, let's start up a new one.
I haven't weighed myself since last week, but I can tell that the weight is dropping off. My "fat" jeans are getting loose again, thank goodness (you know it's bad when your fat clothes are too tight).
What I'm doing - eating a "real foods" diet, taking lots of calcium, and drinking cleansing tea like whoa. By real foods, I mean I'm only eating things that my great-grandmother could have identified as being food - salads, soups, cereal, fresh fruits and veggies, etc. No more frozen foods. f I choose to indulge, I'm opting for the full-fat, real sugar, original versions over the low-fat, low-cal, low-carb, splenda imitations that taste like cardboard and don't really satisfy.
I'm worried that my diet is a little TOO low-fat, though, as I've suddenly started craving cashews and I remember that happening on a previous diet that was extremely low in fat. I think I'll up the olive oil in my salad dressing and eat some more nuts to balance things out so I don't stuff my face with cheese.
How are you all doing?
