I am trying to get back on track after several very stressful weeks. I just signed up for the Sonoma diet and am looking forward to starting it. Focuses on whole grains, fruits and veggies. I've probably gained back 5-10pounds that I had lost so am feeling very fat and actually discouraged. I want to lose the weight but feel so frustrated. Anyway, wish me luck!
