Can I join? I'm actually down ten pounds in the last six weeks. I'd like to lose another 7 - 10 pounds. I've been doing South Beach, pretty much. I know, it's last years diet! But it's helping me focus on eating whole, non-processed foods. Actually, for me it ends up looking a lot like Lucy's diet -- only eating things that would be recognizable as food to my great-grandmother! My exception is Splenda sweetened cocoa. It's my indulgence at the end of every day (even in the summer!) but I'm not eating any sugar, corn syrup, or other sugars.
