And she does talk here and there--sometimes in English and sometimes in Arabic (which is translated for us.)

The Mona "From the Heart" workshop videos (also from Little Egypt) are also a wonderful resource. Mona's English is excellent and very clear. She does stop and break things down a bit and goes into detail when asked. Like Fifi she does "same but different".

You might also like the many Aida Nour videos that are available from Little Egypt.

All three of these video series bring tears to my eyes to see women of my age group and size looking happy, glamorous and in complete joy while dancing.

You know I love Aida and have tons of her stuff. . . but I just positively swoon over Mona!! If you get the workshop vids from Little Egypt, you might want to throw in the Saturday night show . . . Mona just smokes!! But skip over most of the cheesy stuff with the band. LOL, I had a friend make me a DVD copy of only the good stuff so I can watch it over and over.

And Mona wears a white galabeya too . . . although her other costume choices are a bit racier.

If you want plain galabeyas you can check with LIttle Egypt too. I got a couple of stretchy sparkly ones from Hanan on this last trip to Egypt . . . very comfy to dance in and packed up nice and light for the trip home.
