You might be able to find an awesome stripy fabric for the Ghawazee coat in the upholstery/drapery section. An added bonus, it'll be at least 54 inches wide!
As for the choli, I'd get the fat chance pattern (it's fitted very well) and run it up in a nice 100% cotton woven, either a solid to coordinate with the other items, or a "tribal" looking print. The nice thing about the choli is you only need a little over a yard.
