I've not been an angel this week, but I'd hoped to be down a couple more pounds by Elevation in Colorado this weekend (I'm marking small goals by dance events since I have a staggering number of pounds to lose overall).
We'll see how the next couple of days go and how well I do in Colorado. Since it's a dance weekend, I think I'll be able to behave. Heavy, bad-for-me foods never make me feel like dancing. Living on salads and lean meats does!!

Hi Mihri, I'll see you this weekend! BTW, in Evergreen we're at super high elevation, so make sure to plan to drink more water than you normally would, otherwise you'll get a bad headache. Try not to drink lots of coffee, either. Oh, and alchohol affects you more too. I get drunk on two sips of alchohol, and in Colorado it's one! or smelling it!

When I first moved to Boulder from NYC it took me 6 months to acclimate. It is really super dry out here!
see ya soon,
m.
20 lbs in a month? Holy cow! How'd you do that? Just salds and lean meats, any fruit?
