I need to lose 10 pounds, just 10 stinkin' pounds, and it's impossible I tell ya.
I absolutely cannot exercise any more, I perform 2 times a week at minimum, teach 4 classes a week, my company rehearsal once a week, yoga 2 times a week, walk my dog, etc.
I know it's food, but what can I cut out? I've cut out wheat, (breads, pastas) 'cause they make me feel ill too, plus get f-a-t.
*sigh* help.....
