BTW, before pictures don't need to be a special thing - just use something from a recent performance or non-dance thing. It should represent you at your starting point.

Here's what I'm trying to get back to - a nice healthy size 8ish (10 on the butt) from a couple years ago. no more no less - it's only 17 pounds away!
