Only post your measurements and such if you want on the thread in the private group (limited viewing :)). We're on an honor system with the most pounds lost thing, but I feel like our bhuz community is a pretty honest group!
It's painful to post weight & measurements, I know, but it's also kind of nice to just get it out there in print. But it's entirely up to you.
