I'm doing alright so far. As of today, I've hit the 30-lb. mark weight-loss wise. I still hope to lose another 30 by next year, taking into account potential plateaus and possible weight gain. Basically, I'm a psycho when it comes to working out (cardio before work, strength training twice to three times a week after work, belly dancing, hip hop, and pole dancing immersed in there). I leave my weekends completely free though.
I'm trying to be more proficient in tracking my food intake. I really want to be serious with that if I want to maintain my weight loss. I'm considering trying recipes from the South Beach diet. I think for me moderation is key. I know I can't deprive myself of things I love like chocolate, but as long as I know that I've been eating okay, I can reward myself.
