Here is my suggestion. I am hang out frequently at a website called Stickam:
Stickam - The Live Community it is a live interactive community that boradcasts world wide via webcams. I have a readio show on the site and we have a small audience of about 10,000-50,000 a show. But if the show is advertised right, the viewers can hit exorbant numbers. It's all real time. It's a free site and you really dont need a membership to sign up, although it is encouraged. Perhaps you want to try your global hafla though that venue.
