I'm sure it can! It's supposed to be a "one-size fits most" deal, but it's rather large on me (but then again, I'm a 34B:)); can't make it work unless I do what I did with my Brn/Prpl/Gold Neckelmanns I have for sale and wear 2 bras chicken cutlets!
