Turquoise Blue Accordion Pleated Satin Skirt Panels
These are awesome! Anyone making a turquoise skirt might be interested in this! These are very very rare! There 4 1/2 circle panels in all. Each one is 6" x 30" x 1/2 circle. Very full! The fabric is a heavy vibrant turquoise satin. Great for a trumpet skirt! $75 with free shipping.
