Vendor driving me NUTS!

I ordered two tops from a well known vendor on the 10th March. I received the order about a week later, one of the tops was not as described. I emailed the vendor and got a reply telling me to send it back. I replied asking if they would refund me for my return postage etc. I gave up waiting for a reply and sent it anyway with a note including the email explaining and how much my return postage was. I noted it actually says on their website their policy is to refund postage if it is their mistake. It cost me about £6:50 ($13!!!!).

I then finally got a reply a day after my package got there, on the 24/03 saying they would reemburse and offering me a T shirt or CD to compensate. Heard nothing until I emailed again last week 02/04.

Was then told they were waiting on a descision about t shirt or CD before shipping. (Why would I want a T shirt of their specific dance studio?!!). I replied and again have heard nothing for a week, and STILL not refund on my credit card!

I was actually hoping to have this particular top a MONTH AGO now, looks like I might not even have it for the event I wanted it for, on the 21/04.

GAHHHH

This vendor is really well known and their stuff is great, I don't think I'd be able to 'punish' them by never ordering again! But this service is driving me nuts, my whole life seems to be full of people that can't strick to their bl**dy word at the moment.

Anyway

Just needed to get that off my chest.
