oh god. all I can say is that if you're complaining at 22 then you have a rude awakening ahead. I know that's no comfort to you now, but trust us - you get in your late 40s and you better just work with certain things.
Best advice is to exercise, be healthy and work out to keep your body strong. be consistent. I think the best exercise for inner thighs is that squishy abductor/aductor combo at the gym. that and good cardio - elliptical or running or treadmill.
