That has always been me. In fact, I cannot buy trigger foods at all - if I buy a beautiful delicious loaf of challah bread for example - I'll eat the whole frikkin thing by the end of the day. Same with ice cream.
But, I have to say this diet I'm on is really revolutionizing the way I eat. I've had two nights now of eating out this weekend at neither time did I eat bread or anything that wasn't on my approved list. I stuck to fresh seafood with no sauces - just grilled and vegetables. I did drink some wine but that's not really forbidden.
My weight loss may be eeking down 1/2 a pound per week, but it's livable and it seems to be consistent.
