I'm going to basically keep the dress shape, and modify it to an underbust front, break up the skirt to be paneled (to see another skirt underneath) and use material from the skirt for arm bands. This is a Fargo winter project, probably in Feb. when -20 below for two weeks straight. And the green will help me think of spring!
