my experience: I had to email, and email, and email... be very patient. leila (cairo) told me I'd totally have to keep on her about things. it took a full six months for her to get my costume to me. :( and she charged me more than I was expecting. :( and it didn't fit. :(

I do know other people who have had better luck working with her. for me, I'll just wait for leila's annual trip through town to get a costume on the cheap, and order any others through dahlal (with the higher price than I expected and the shipping fee, plus the wire transfer fee, I only saved $20 from buying through dahlal during the january sale. and, it would have come faster and the fit would have been guaranteed).
