Well, my standby rules have been reinforced again. I let myself snack in the evening for a few days, and my weight started to creep up again even though the snacks were healthy and calorically conservative. I stopped it for two nights, and the weight came down again. Maybe I can get away with evening snacking when I'm maintaining my weight, but not when I'm trying to lose.
Also a few days without my brisk 45 min. walk, and the weight loss stalls. Even if I teach.
I don't have a lot of weight to lose, and that may be why my body keeps wanting to jump back to the level where it has gotten comfy for the last few months. But when half my costumes are snug at the hip and busting out at the bra, it's time to get real!
This thread has been great for keeping up my morale..... (Waah..where's the little cheerleader icon? Did someone take it away because we were over-using it?
