The mind reset is probably the best thing that's going for me right now considering the weight loss is so slow.
I've noticed three big mind changes: 1) small portions or amounts frequently. just a teeny yogurt, fruit or veggie, satisfies; and 2) smaller portions. I don't need to eat a ton of food. a few bites will suffice if it's the right combo of protein and veggie, and 3) NO bread outside what might be incorporated into my meal.
