Well, Sumaya, you know it's all in how you carry it to a certain point and what's muscle v. fat.
But, as a yardstick, the best weight for me at 5'6" is 145. I'm only shooting for 150 right now but 145 is a very nice weight on my height - it's not thin, just a good healthy weight.
The charts however, tell me to weigh 120-150. nice 30 pound range there!
What's your range, have you checked?
