Whoop! I got on the scale this morning to have a base line to see if I loose anything while in Toronto for 2 weeks - and have lost 2 pounds! Now I'm back to my previous all-time high, not above it (if that makes any sense). I hope I can come back a couple of pounds lighter - all that dancing should have some effect I hope! I leave on Saturday. I haven't been dieting - just paying more attention to portions and fitting in time at the gym more often and drinking lots of water. So it seems to be working. Now it's time to make another little change. My next change will be to increase the exercise, and I will start that plan by visiting the gym in the hotel every morning before breakfast while I'm away. Now I've put it into writing I've got to do it! My challenge will be eating in restaurants for 2 weeks. My plan is to keep healthy things in the mini fridge in my room and eat out of my room as much as possible instead of in restaurants. I hope that having this plan in my head ahead of time will help me stay on track.
