Josiane - I tried for months to get a password and never did, either. What I ended up doing was submitting my order on their contact form on the website. I never heard anything back but then 2 months later I got an email saying the costume was ready!
So if you know what you want, maybe you could try that. Just make sure you tell them how much you're looking to spend.
