It's so great to have a mini-fridge when you're in a hotel - I also use it so that if the dinner I order at the restaurant is way bigger than I need to eat, I take it with me and have the leftovers for lunch the next day. I also make sure I have plenty of healthy snacks in the room so that I don't have to impulsive grab high calorie snacks while attending my event, and so that I don't get so starved between meals that I over-order by the time I get to the restaurant.
