That's me, too. And I have to admit, as much as I *thought* I knew about which foods I should be eating & how much, I find a learn a little more each day.
And I'm constantly shocked when I look up the calorie content of restaurant & fast foods, even 'healthy' things like salads & veggie sandwiches!
