This post is begging for a picture of a great loop.
I don't have them, but if you go to dahlal and search for 'great loop' you'll find some pictures.
I have some costumes with looped fringe myself and I feel that large loops don't move as well as smaller loops. Large loops are also more susceptible to breaking or getting stuck to the beading on your wristband/skirt/etc. Bella has beautiful designs with looped fringe on the bra and it looks great.
