Waaaaa it's not fair!!!
This is my first week and I've been nice and sensible - smaller portions, no treats, cut right down on the alcohol, did six hours extra exercise....


And I haven't even lost an ounce!!

And I'm sitting here feeling miserable and demotivated and FAT!!!
