Whoever said that you shouldn't weigh yourself everyday was
RIGHT!
After my exciting "woo hoo, I lost 2.2 pounds" moment yesterday, I'm right back up to where I started today. I know I didn't eat THAT badly yesterday.
I think I'll go back to just weighing in once a week.
So here's my question: Iron. How do you get enough in
*your* diet? I'm borderline anemic, and I know that I'm not getting enough, but I really don't know what I can eat that is healthy to increase my iron levels. Heck, I don't know what I can eat that is
not healthy. Iron supplements mess with my digestive system, so I try not to take them...
Anyway, I'm off to start my water drinking. I'm starting later today...its too hard having to pee and not being able to leave your desk until your co-worker comes in.
I'm also going to join a gym. I've decided that I need to work out!!! :)
