After my exciting "woo hoo, I lost 2.2 pounds" moment yesterday, I'm right back up to where I started today. I know I didn't eat THAT badly yesterday.
I think I'll go back to just weighing in once a week.

I feel you. On Monday, I finally reached one short term goal of losing another 10 lb. On Thursday, I had apparently gained 6 lbs. of it back despite the fact that my eating and workout habits didn't change. I'm pretty sure it's wrong because there's no way I could've lost 10 lbs. in six weeks then put 6 of it back in three days.
