I completely agree, of course. I work on my body all the time.
But some things will never change no matter how much you work. Some people are just made a certain way. I could spend my whole life trying to make my hips smaller but no matter how much weight I've lost, they only get so small and then my body starts taking away from other parts of my body, making me unproportioned. someone could diet til they had hollow cheeks and bony wrists and still have thigh fat. So I assumed the OP was already in great shape and had just discovered one of these things that it's near impossible to change. in which case, it seems better for your sanity to focus on having the best ass ever (for example) rather than trying to spot-reduce one area when spot reduction doesn't work.
