I recenbtly bought this dvd and did the first drill and the long yoga warm-up. It's good that you're familiar with yoga, because I think beginners might get some of the technique wrong because it seems to be geared towards people who already know yoga basics.

There are no shimmy drills on this dvd. There are two drills, one for arms/ribcage/ something that i forgot, and another drill for hipwork, but no shimmy drills. I recommend 'the heartbeat of bellydance' if you want those, that dvd contains two shimmydrills (3/4 shimmy and normal shimmy).

Ariella's dvd has good combinations and that you get a lot of stuff for your money (2 warming-ups, 2 drills, several combinations and 2 performances). If you want yoga and drills for basic moves, start with Rachel's dvd. I think both drills are between 10-15 minutes.
