I totally agree with this. Virtually nobody notices flaws unless said person points them out. SO many of my friends have pointed things out on themselves because because they were ashamed or embarrassed and thought other people saw their flaws as they did. Never did-till they opened their mouth. Which is why I've stopped doing it. If I don't say anything about my flaws, people don't say anything because either they didn't notice, or it wasn't that big of a deal to mention anyway.
Be happy with yourself! Somebody out there would die to have just a little bit of jiggle on their thighs, instead of a whole lot of jiggle everywhere.
