I'm still on fitday (not giving up the historical info!) but I use slow, foxtrot etc.
I figure I'd rather show too few calories burned than too many!
I think it makes a huge difference, though, what I'm doing. Drills & practicing in a tiny space & teaching feel like a leisurely walk to me. Practicing solo work in a large space, or Saidi, or Turkish, brings my heartrate up MUCH faster!
